Document — Collection Notice
Collection Notice
This notice applies when you sign a waiver or consent document through WaiverKeeper, or when a business creates a WaiverKeeper account. It is given under Australian Privacy Principle 5 of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Who is collecting
WaiverKeeper is operated by Oramatel Pty Ltd (ACN 131 482 427) · ABN 82 380 355 835. Contact: hello@waiverkeeper.au. The business whose document you are signing (the “Organiser”) also collects the information you provide in their document.
What we collect and why
- As a signer: the name, signature, date and any other details the Organiser’s document asks you to provide. Purpose: to record your consent and give both you and the Organiser a receipt of the signed document. If you do not provide the required details, the Organiser cannot accept your participation.
- As an account holder: business name, contact email, business type and your messages to us. Purpose: to provide, secure, support and bill the Service.
Children
Documents may include details of children (for example, a guardian signing for a minor). The Organiser is responsible for obtaining any required guardian consent. We process those details only to store and deliver the signed document.
Who sees it and where it is stored
- Signed records are visible to the Organiser and to us as the storage provider. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
- Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, with primary storage in the Oceania region (Australian data centres). Pages may be served via Cloudflare’s global network.
- We disclose information only where the law requires it (e.g. a court order) or to service providers strictly needed to run the Service.
Access, correction and complaints
- You can ask us for access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold: email hello@waiverkeeper.au.
- Privacy complaints: same address, subject “Privacy complaint”. We acknowledge within 7 days and aim to resolve within 30 days. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
