2. Why we collect it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your customers’ data to advertise anything.

3. Children’s information

Waivers commonly relate to minors. We process a child’s information only on your instructions as our customer. You are responsible for ensuring a parent or guardian gives any consent required before a minor’s details are entered, and for your own privacy obligations to your customers.

4. Where data lives and who handles it

5. Access, correction and export

You can view, correct and export the personal information we hold about you or that your customers submitted through your documents — from the product, or by emailing us. We respond to access and correction requests within a reasonable time.

6. Security

7. Retention

Account and waiver records are kept while your account is active, and for 30 days after closure to allow export, then deleted from active storage (backups follow our backup cycle). Aggregate analytics are kept only in aggregate form.

8. Complaints and your privacy rights

9. Changes

We will publish any change here and, for material changes affecting you, email registered account holders at least 14 days in advance.
