Q.1Are electronic waivers legally valid in Australia?+
A.Yes — electronic signatures are valid under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth). Each signature is stored with an audit trail (time, IP, device, template version) so it can stand up to scrutiny. General information, not legal advice — confirm the requirements for your state and industry.
Q.2Do my customers need to install an app?+
A.No. They open your link (or scan your QR code) and sign in the browser — on their phone or your reception tablet.
Q.3What happens when I hit my plan limit?+
A.Nothing breaks. Waivers keep being collected and we prompt you to upgrade. No service stoppage mid-month.
Q.4What exactly is in the audit trail?+
A.Every signature records the UTC timestamp, IP address, device information, the exact template version signed, and a hash of the waiver wording — so you can always show who signed what, and when.
Q.5Can I export my data?+
A.Yes. Signed PDFs and records are yours — export any time (CSV + PDF bundle).
Q.6Who's behind WaiverKeeper?+
A.WaiverKeeper is built and operated by an Australian small business. We collect only what the waiver needs, we never sell or share your data, and we delete records on request. Records are stored with Cloudflare, in the Oceania region where possible (a best-effort location hint, not a guarantee that data never leaves Australia).
